Whether it's negotiating and writing contracts, building your sphere of influence, lead generating, how to market and brand yourself, our job is to make sure you are set up for success. We are constantly offering the latest tools in new classes and groups, to ensure you have every opportunity to learn everything there is to know in the real estate industry. We believe there is ALWAYS more to learn and believe in offering collaborative training environments.

We have Weekly Training, Monthly Update Meetings, New Agent Huddles, Monthly Power Dialing, and other training classes. We also believe in allowing all agents to come together and share what's working for them and partnering together or in groups to create the best results. There are power in numbers, and that's also why we are always bringing in guest speakers to share their knowledge and insight as well.

24/7 SUPPORT

You will NEVER have to worry about not knowing who to call when you have a question or not hearing back for hours or days. We have an Office Manager, Director of Operations/Transaction coordinator, and a very involved Broker, if you have questions at any time. We also have a very active Group Chat where we can ask questions, share ideas, and sometimes, just have fun. Not only is someone there whenever you need help, but we are EXCITED to help you. You will always have someone to call and you will never have to wait for answers.

We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Different people have different needs and desires in their business, which is why we offer different plans for you!

Team Plan: Need more support, marketing, and leads? We have a team plan where we cover all of that at very competitive splits. Wondering what is covered? Talk to us and we will go through it. We think you'll be very excited!

Independent Plan: Are you a seasoned agent who does 12+ transactions per year? We offer a 100% commission option, while still giving you all the Broker Support and systems you need.
